Top Spot Drive Inn Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Food was terrible. I usually enjoy drive thru burger joint food, but not here. Fries were tasteless, and choc shake taste like watered down chocolate. They advertised on a large sign out front free wifi. We could not log on. The waitress said "that happens." We asked if she could try to reset it, and she said yes. She never did even after we asked again. We finally gave up and left.

I don't get the hate from some reviewers. This is a long-time local dive for cheap eats. If you go in with the right expectations, they will be met. The burgers are good (but not great) and the fries are top notch. The staff is your standard set of high school kids working their (probably) first job, but not in a bad way.

Idk what people are talking about. I thought it was pretty good and hot off the grill. I was in the car 8+ hours and made it to my hotel down the road, unloaded and needed a bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and would eat here again if I'm in the part of Utah.

This place isn't anything fancy but it's good for burgers and fries. Their English chips are a favorite of mine with their fry sauce. The staff are nice and won't hesitate to answer questions about the menu. They have a drive thru and booths inside. There are also a few arcade games to keep little hands busy while you wait. If you come here expecting anything more than you'd get from any mom and pop style burger joints you need to get off your high horse and hop on the cow they display on the roof. It's not an Internet cafe either so for wifi mooching go elsewhere.

The food is okay. Just don't expect to get great service. The counter woman stood at chatted with her friend for 10-12 while we stood there waiting. Oh, and "Free Wi-Fi" means it will connect and connect and connect and never quite get there.

BLAH! I don't know where to begin. I had been eating my way through Utah all day so when I saw a sign in a parking lot that Top Spot was celebrating 50 years I figured I would check it out. Just pulling in it looked dirty and run down. There were 2 young girls working who seemed more busy laughing at each other and looking at their cel phones then caring about us waiting customers. I saw they were having specials for the 50th anniversary celebration so decided to check the "Taquitos" priced at $1.89 out. BIG MISTAKE! I took 2 bites too many and was just disgusted. I don't know if it was frozen or what but it was over cooked and it looked like after frying it too long they maybe put it in the microwave with a cheap piece of cheese on top. I didn't even want to put it outside for the birds it just wasn't edible. I had hopes for a true old school drive-inn like I previously experienced while in St George but that just didn't happen. They sell cigarettes! You can actually go through the drive-thru and get some nasty taquitos and cigarettes!!! I felt like I was at a gas station. I had good luck at some other places while in Cedar City and will for sure pass on Top Spot Drive-Inn in the future. The starving student card is accepted here.

How could anyone not love this place. I felt like I stepped back in time. Did their food blow me away? Not really. Was the service great? Not really. I am a sucker for nostalgia and really appreciate on old time drive inn. We had burgers and fries. They tasted just fine. I didn't come here expecting culinary brilliance. I guess we came in here just to eat at a good ol' burger stand! They have a good story to tell here...

I go here whenever I am in Cedar City. They have some of the best onion rings and I like getting a flavored soda because they are generous with flavoring and have that good almost crushed ice in their drinks. It's also one of the few places where you can still play arcade games. However, it's also about nostalgia for me since I rarely get any other food there and when I do, it's usually just average.

Top Spot? Nah... not really. They should probably change the name to Mediocre Spot. We stopped here on our way to Vegas and it was just okay. The service was great. The girls who helped us were useful, funny and cool. The building is sort of rundown and old. Some of the furnhishings are sort of falling apart. But overall the place seems clean. Being on a road trip, utilizing the bathroom facilities was a must. They were located at the back of the building. As in... go outside and enter through a different door... back of the building. Strange. The food was typical Utah Drive-In food, done a little below average. This is a "pull it out of the freezer and throw it on the grill or into the fryer" kind of place. Not a lot of freshness about it. The "cheese" on the burgers was the kind that comes in individually wrapped slices... y'know, the kind you used to eat when you were a little kid and you had no idea what cheese was supposed to taste like. The fries were oversalted to the point of being nearly inedible. Top Spot wasn't terrible, but I don't think we'll be eating there again. The locals seem to love it though. So there's that.

My wife and father in law hyped this place up so much I was expecting an old school hamburger joint like chroni's in LA boy was I Wrong! I ordered a double cheeseburger and the patties were the cheapest and thinnest frozen ones I've ever had ! The only good thing about this place is something's are cheap but even that isn't worth the stomach ache! STAY AWAY !!! So disgusting and not worth the upset stomach!!!

Horrible... This place is filthy! The bathrooms were even worse. I had a chicken Malibu sandwich that had so much mayo and mustard all the insides of the sandwich kept sliding out. The hamburgers were the size of a slider! Rip off. Plus they charge 50¢ for a cup of water. I think the owner needs to pay attention to his business and not let young kids who could care less about working run this place.

My boyfriend and I went to Top Spot during the Shakespearean festival because we wanted to eat a unique place. It was anything but. Not only is the menu average, the food is too. I would have given it a higher rating though, if only the girl who served us wasn't a complete jerk. She was completely unprofessional; she not only acted like taking orders from people (which is her job) was a waste of time, she was rude and spiteful, going as far as talking (loudly) to her co-workers about patrons and what she disliked about them. I will never, ever, go back to this worthless place.
